Jeromin Zettelmeyer is an economist who has been director of Bruegel, the Brussels-based economic policy institute, since 2022. He previously worked at the International Monetary Fund, including as deputy director of the Strategy, Policy and Review Department, at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, and as Director-General for Economic Policy in the German Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs.
