Wes Moore is an American politician, author and Army veteran serving as Governor of Maryland since 2023.
He served as an officer in the United States Army, including a deployment to Afghanistan, and was chief executive of the anti-poverty organisation Robin Hood from 2017 to 2021. He is the author of The Other Wes Moore and The Work.
