Tom Tugendhat is a British politician who has served as a Member of Parliament since 2015. He chaired the House of Commons Foreign Affairs Select Committee from 2017 to 2022 and served as Minister of State for Security from 2022 to 2024.
Before entering politics he served as an officer in the British Army, including deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan, and worked as a military assistant to the Chief of the Defence Staff.
