Karien van Gennip is a Dutch politician and business executive. She served as State Secretary for Economic Affairs from 2003 to 2007 and as Minister of Social Affairs and Employment from 2022 to 2024.
In business she held senior roles at ING, including chief executive of ING France, and led the insurer VGZ.
