Jörg Kukies is a German economist and public official. He worked at Goldman Sachs, becoming co-chief executive of its German operations, and served as State Secretary in the Federal Ministry of Finance from 2018 to 2021 and as State Secretary in the Federal Chancellery from 2021 to 2024.
He served as Federal Minister of Finance of Germany from 2024 to 2025.
