Jim Himes is an American politician serving in the United States House of Representatives since 2009, representing Connecticut's 4th district. He is the ranking member of the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence.
Before entering Congress he worked in finance at Goldman Sachs and later led programmes at the non-profit housing developer Enterprise Community Partners.
