Benoît Cœuré is a French economist and public official. He served as a member of the Executive Board of the European Central Bank from 2012 to 2019 and headed the Bank for International Settlements Innovation Hub from 2020 to 2021.
Since 2022 he has been president of the Autorité de la concurrence, the French competition authority. He previously held senior roles at the French Treasury.
