Sebastian Siemiatkowski is a Swedish entrepreneur who co-founded the payments company Klarna in 2005 with Niklas Adalberth and Victor Jacobsson, and has served as its chief executive since founding. Klarna listed on the New York Stock Exchange in 2025.
