Valérie Baudson
She serves as the chief executive officer of Amundi, the largest asset management firm in Europe.
Valérie Baudson began her professional career in 1995 at Banque Indosuez, where she managed international audit projects. She subsequently joined Crédit Agricole Cheuvreux, serving as Corporate Secretary and later as Marketing Director between 1999 and 2007.
In 2008, Baudson joined Amundi to lead the development of its Exchange Traded Funds (ETF) division. She was appointed as the Chief Executive Officer of CPR Asset Management in 2016, while simultaneously managing Amundi's thematic and index investing departments. In May 2021, she succeeded Yves Perrier as the Chief Executive Officer of Amundi.
Baudson is a member of the Executive Committee of Crédit Agricole S.A. She also serves as a member of the board of directors for the French Asset Management Association (AFG) and holds positions on several administrative boards within the financial services industry.
