Marie-Josée Kravis

Kravis began her career as a financial analyst at Power Corporation of Canada and later served as a senior consultant to the Solicitor General of Canada and the Minister of Supply and Services. From 1976 to 1994, she served as the Executive Director of the Hudson Institute of Canada. She has held board positions at several multinational corporations, including LVMH, Ford Motor Company, Standard Life, Vivendi Universal, and Interactive Corp.

In the non-profit sector, Kravis was appointed Chair of the Museum of Modern Art in New York in 2021, having previously served as President since 2005. She is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations and the International Advisory Board of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York. Her academic contributions include co-authoring publications on economic development and public policy, such as 'Western European Adjustment to Structural Economic Problems'.

Her service has been recognized through appointments as an Officer of the Order of Canada and an Officer of the Legion of Honour in France. She continues to contribute to the Hudson Institute as a Senior Fellow and serves on the board of the Sloan Kettering Institute. Her work focuses on global strategic analysis and the intersection of private enterprise and public interest.
