Ted Cruz는 미국의 변호사이자 정치인으로, 2013년부터 텍사스주 United States Senator로 재직 중이며 Senate Committee on Commerce, Science, and Transportation의 의장을 맡고 있다.
그는 2003년부터 2008년까지 Solicitor General of Texas를 역임했으며, 그전에는 Federal Trade Commission과 United States Department of Justice에서 근무했다.
